Introduction to
Self Motivation



Welcome to "Be Master of Your Life". This journey in self motivation has a basic logical structure without being too formal.

My life philosophy is - Keep it simple. Life is to be lived not debated, so in this vein you might find some of the lessons simplistic. Trust me - they are not! Each lesson is a building block of self understanding as we construct a clear picture of who you are, and how you relate to the world.

It is simply a matter your attitude. It all revolves around whether you are part of the worlds problems or part of the solution. If you are part of the problem you could see doom and gloom, however if you are part of the solution there will always be lots of exciting challenges to be met.

There are two universal truths here to bear in mind :-

  • There ain't no such thing as a free lunch! Some one, somewhere has to pay.
  • You will get out of your life exactly what you put into it, no more, no less.

I am presenting these self motivation course resources free of charge.

This is the same reference material, concepts and techniques on which my self motivation Ebook of the same name is based.

There is no reason why you can not achieve the same results as using the course in the Ebook, just from this reference material, ie. you will have to provide your own self motivation!

However you will have to provide your own structure and support if you are to gain maximum benefit from this material.

The cost of what you gain from this resource will be the amount of effort you put in to it!



In a nutshell, this self motivation course is comprised of seven parts :

Master these seven elements and your future is yours for the asking!



Along the way, there are three life changing skills which you need to learn :

  • The first skill is the Mind Power technique.
  • The second skill is the practice of Using Affirmations.
  • The third skill is the Emotional Freedom Technique.

Mind Power is the application of alpha meditation techniques to focus your untapped mental powers, and is one of the most empowering of all personal development methods.

Affirmations is when you are using the power of your words to attract that which you desire. This is the part where you learn to ask Universal Law for your supply.

The Emotional Freedom Technique, gives you the ability to heal yourself of most ailments by freeing your mind and body of acquired negative influences, both emotional and physical. This removes the shackles to your past and frees you to walk forward in health to the future of your choosing.

Without this technique to release your past conditioning you could be doomed to repeat your past life patterns over and over again whilst accumulating diseases and ailments as you go. I cannot over-emphasize the importance of mastering EFT.

Master the Emotional Freedom Technique and you can release yourself from your past.



This is the best combination of life skills to provide you with the empowerment you need to truly Be Master of Your Life.

As you learn these life skills, your steps on the pathway of life begin to change direction, and as a result, so will the path itself!

To be a Master of Life is to be able determine where that path leads.



Another of lifes universal truths is that :

Without action, desire+thought is wishful thinking!

To Make it Happen : This Be Master of Your Life personal development course will bring about changes in your life, but only if you do the exercises.

To repeat one of life universal truths :

You will only get out of your life what you put into it!

Just knowing about something will not make it occur!

You could read all the knowledge written on self motivation and empowerment here and elsewhere - but you would not be one iota more empowered!

You would have the knowledge of empowerment, you might even have wisdom of empowerment, but you would not have been transformed by that knowledge - you would not be empowered!

Only by making changes - small steps at first - can you become empowered.

In order to grow and develop - you must actually do something.

A practical example :

    If you wanted to lose or gain weight - having the diet information on how to change your weight is not going to change your weight.

    You must actually follow the diet requirements in order to change weight, ie. you must actually do something!

You could say that Be master of Your Life is a diet for the mind and soul.



To make a change, any change to a part of your life,
you must practise that new behavior for 21 days.

Only then will it be effective!
