EFT
List of Emotions

This list of emotions contains most of the negative emotions to help you may recognise what you may be feeling when using EFT.

Recognising our negative feelings and emotions is not always quite as simple as it sounds.

Often we are not sure as to what we are feeling. However, the point is that is does not matter what you call the feeling, just as long as you can relate a label to the feeling or emotion for the purpose of affirming it.

The list of emotions below comprises a list of labels for various feelings and emotions which I hope will be of help. Remember, it is your interpretation of a feeling or emotion that matters, so if a label fits - go with it!

Note : These are negative emotions only, because it is only negative emotions which are associated with disruptions to our energy system. After all, have you ever heard of someone overdosing on happiness?
