Applying EFT to Chronic Conditions
When applying EFT to chronic conditions persistence and patience are required.
When there are obvious aspects to the condition such as specific areas of pain or symptoms in the case of disease, then we have a target.
However with many conditions, such as depression it can be difficult to get a handle on anything specific, so start with the general condition or feeling, or lack of feeling and work inwards.
To begin with, all tapping is beneficial as it brings the body's energy systems into balance.
Regularly view the promotional video on my main Emotional Freedom Technique page as a reminder that people with worse conditions than yours have prevailed by application and persistence.
Applying Emotional Freedom Technique to chronic conditions requires a tapping regime which should be rigidly followed.
It is not unusual to tap on a condition and its aspects five or six times a day over a long period of time.
When you see the "miracles" of people who have rid themselves of chronic conditions on the Emotional Freedom Technique promotional video, you are seeing determined people who have found a method which works to solve their problem, taken it, and extracted the most they can from it.
It is their persistence and dedication which has produced their results in as great a measure as the effectiveness of the technique.
Regular daily use of Emotional Freedom Technique for all and sundry minor complaints from worry and anxiety to aches and pains, establishes a routine and a success mentality, as minor complaints vanish.
To many people the day starts when the have their first tapping session.
It may help to draw up a chart of what and when to tap to keep "the pressure" on chronic conditions.
Always work with your health professional and stay on medications as prescribed. The medical industry appears to have cataloged EFT as a "calming technique", and as such has no objection to it.
Conditions such as diabetes, allergies, chronic fatigue and depression require persistence.
Keep tapping away at the problem and its aspects.
Of course any and all negative emotions and situations must be tapped on as they crop up.
This is the process of weeding the garden of your mind, because you never know what is connected to what.
Addictions are treated by tapping on the craving (anxiety) for the substance every time it arises, as often as it takes.
The information I have presented here as part of Be Master of Your Life. is by no means complete.
If you are addressing serious problems I would at least download Gary Craigs
